There is a lot going on at the BB&T Sports Park in Bermuda Run and the sporting world is taking notice. Connect Sports has spanned the United States to develop a list of the most exciting developments for sports venues coming online in 2018 – and the BB&T Sports Park in Bermuda Run is on the list in 18 Sports Venus to Know in 2018!

This recognition comes right on the heels of a major upgrade that brought new turf fields to the complex and plans that have been unveiled for 120,000 Square Foot Indoor Athletic Facility.

As reported in the Enterprise-Record, Carolina Athletic Performance Group is planning a mega-sports complex at BB&T Sports Park.

The group has purchased 22 acres from Twin City Youth Sports which will be used for the indoor sports complex.  The complex will include eight full-size indoor basketball courts which can be converted into 16 volleyball courts, along with space for physical therapy, batting cages, meeting rooms, a rehab facility and more.

The indoor complex is scheduled to open later this year!
