Which Driver Will Lay Claim to Racing’s “King of The Carolinas” Title?
This one of a kind event will feature drivers from all levels of Pro Modified competition mixed even further by supercharged, nitrous and turbocharged engines. While the varying backgrounds and engine combinations will make for a fun, fast and exciting race, only one will walk away at the end of the day as the true “King of the Carolinas”.
“Of all the shows we put on during the year, this is the one you simply can’t miss,” said Jim Marchyshyn, Thunder Jam Operations Manager. “From incredible door-slammer racing and a huge, big money bracket race to an even bigger fire show put on by two of the baddest jet dragsters in the land, the Farmington Thunder Jam presented by McDonald’s is the place to be if you are a fan of racing and entertainment.”
Big Day at “The Farm”!
Also on hand August 7 will be the battle of the jet dragsters as “White Lightning” takes on “Thunderbolt” and the return of the “Cool Bus” wheel-standing school bus. For fans of even more door-slammer action the Farmington Thunder Jam will also feature a huge gamblers race for local competitors making “The Farm” the race you simply can’t miss.
Among the scheduled participants for this year’s Carolina Clash are Josh Chester, Eddie Salvo, Ted Smith, Andy Beal, Buzz Varner, Bobby Baucom, John Vergotz, Danny Blankenship, Kevin Bealko, Sonny Tindal, Greg Godwick, Chad Tiley, Thomas Dunsford, Danny Perry and Jerry Williams.
