KidsFest: Fun for the Whole Family will be held Saturday, April 21st from 10 a.m.until 2 p.m. at the Brock Gym and Masonic Picnic Grounds located at 644 North Main Street in Mocksville. “Cruise-In” Monday Night in Mocksville!

Visit the beautiful and historic square in Downtown Mocksville on Monday evening, April 16th, for  “Cruise-In” presented by the Piedmont C.A.R.S. Association. Festivities begin at 5:30 and continue until dark. Celebrating Growth in Davie County and Building a Bright Future

After five years of successfully attracting manufacturing companies that created thousands of new jobs and millions of dollars in investments, Davie County had a problem — no more buildings and no more workers. “All of our working inventory had been absorbed into the system, and our unemployment rate had dropped to 3.7 percent which is almost fully employed,” said Terry Bralley, the president of the Davie County Economic Development Commission. Easter Eggstravaganza!

Hop on down and enjoy the fun! Davie County’s Easter Egg Eggstravaganza will be held March 24th, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Masonic Picnic Grounds in Mocksville. A FREE traditional Easter egg hunt will take place for ages 0-10, with the first egg hunt beginning at 11:30 a.m. The Easter Bunny will make an appearance, so make sure you bring your camera. Tractor Supply Coming to Mocksville This Spring

Tractor Supply Co. has begun construction in the old Food Lion building in the Eastgate Shopping Center in Mocksville with a goal of opening in early spring. Tractor Supply caters to farmers, livestock and pet owners, ranchers, part-time and hobby farmers, gardeners, homeowners, tradesmen and others.
