NC Leads Forbes’ List for Third Year North Carolina leads Forbes’ Best States for Business list for the third year running, followed by Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Florida.  Forbes has been rating the business climates of the 50 states since 2006, with only North Carolina (three times), Utah (six times), and Virginia (five times) ever claiming the top spot.
