Visit the beautiful and historic square in downtown Mocksville on Monday evening, June 5th, for “Cruise-In” presented by the Piedmont C.A.R.S. Association. Festivities begin at 5:30 and continue until dark.
All types of cars ranging from old classics to the cars of tomorrow will be on display. The cruise-in draws participants from the surrounding areas stretching from the Virginia border to the Sandhills ~ West from Wilkes County and East to Alamance and Wake Counties. If the weather is kind, the cruise-in will draw as many as 300 cars.
In addition to the cars, the event features music by DJ, Barry Rentz and 50/50 drawings. Don’t forget to visit the downtown restaurants and shops.
The cruise-ins also provide car owners the opportunity to get out and drive, which is the real fun of owning a specialty car. Enthusiasts come together to share their love of cars with others and to answer questions about cars, the town of Mocksville, and the cruise-ins.
