Mocksville Christmas Parade This Saturday, 2 PM!

Christmas on Main Street
The Theme of the 20111 Mocksville Christmas Parade is “Christmas on Main Street, ” celebrating the 20 year anniversary of Mocksville being a “Main Street Community,”  a program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.  The 2011 Mocksville Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December3rd at 2 PM.

Christmas Parades commemorate the past through the traditions of Christmas; celebrate the present by bringing together the best in civic groups, churches, businesses, schools, community leaders and public servants; and present a vision of hope to the next generation for a strong and prosperous future.

We were blessed with an early snowfall during the 2010 parade.  The weather on Saturday looks to be sunny and clear with highs near 60… a great day for a parade.
