7th Annual Best of Davie Awards – Vote Online today!

Everyone has their favorites – those businesses and individuals that take the time to get to know you and go above and beyond to meet your needs each and every visit. It’s time again to give them the recognition they deserve by voting online today for the “2019 Best of Davie Awards.”

We all know just how special our community is—and judging from all of the new businesses and enterprises choosing to locate here, it seems the word is starting to spread. The Davie County Chamber of Commerce is giving you a chance to highlight the businesses, services, and destinations that make Davie County so appealing with its “Best of Davie Awards.”

This year’s categories include:

Best Dentist
Whether you visit them for routine check-ups or you’ve had to call on them during the wee hours of the morning because of a pesky toothache, you are super grateful to call this dentist yours.  Now is your chance to thank them and nominate them for Best Dentist in Davie County!

Thank goodness for our public safety officials here in Davie!  We rely on them in our greatest time of need and are thankful for their skills and abilities which enable them to respond in the nick of time.  Publicly thank the individual you feel is most worthy by nominating your pick for Best Public Safety Employee? Think hard, this can include anyone who works in emergency management, fire or law enforcement.

This is your chance to recognize two young professionals who are 40 years old (or younger) and who are proving to be standouts and true assets to the business community.

Davie County Chamber of Commerce President Caroline Moser sees the awards as a means for residents to let folks know why they’ve chosen Davie County as their favorite place to live, work, shop, dine, and conduct business.  “I love how the community has embraced these awards and I cannot believe that this is our 7th year of presenting the Best of Davie,” says Moser. “We love being able to bring more awareness to iSHOPDavie and to show how important it is to support the businesses who are in the community.”

Do it Now – Voting Ends December 2nd!
Besides showcasing everything from voters’ favorite pharmacist to best place to get pampered, Moser hopes the competition will be a fun way for residents and businesses to connect in a special way. “Businesses can ask for posters and download promotional materials that we have designed to place on their social media and at their businesses to invite their customers to nominate them,” says Moser.  “We encourage everyone to vote and show support for others in the community who are deserving of a Best of Davie title. What better way to show appreciation for a business, organization or person in the community than to nominate them for a Best of Davie award?”
