Live music, art, storytelling, and kids activities — Davie County has something fun for everyone this Saturday, September 23rd.
Shop with local artists, enjoy live music, storytelling, children’s activities and food at the River Walk Art Festival from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. at the Town Square, 120 Kinderton Boulevard, in the Town of Bermuda Run. This free event is hosted by The Town of Bermuda Run and Davie County Arts Council. The rain date is Saturday, September 30th.

Downtown Mocksville’s Free Concert on the Square Begins at 7 pm
After a delightful day at the Riverwalk Art Festival in Bermuda Run, head over to Downtown Mocksville and enjoy acoustic pop and rock by The Happy Ones from 7 – 10 pm in the quad on Main Street near Restaurant 101. This will be this summer’s final performance of the free Concerts on the Square series sponsored by the Town of Mocksville.
The Happy Ones are an original modern pop/rock acoustic trio with a high-energy but warm and inviting stage presence. Made up of Brad Ratledge-guitar & lead vocals: Amanda Barnette-vocals & percussion; and Jason Hamilton-guitar, percussion & vocals, this hometown group is a favorite at area wineries, restaurants, and festivals.
Enjoy creative original music and covers songs from The Eagles, Tom Petty, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Little Big Town, Zac Brown Band, Phillip Phillips, Train, American Authors, Sara Evans, Tears for Fears, Maroon 5, and many more.
Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy this free concert. Don’t forget to check out the delicious restaurants and unique shops.
