Important Announcement: Covid-19 Update from Davie County Manager Davie County Government is collaborating with state and federal officials to monitor the daily development of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Counties who have issued State of Emergency Declarations include Buncombe, Forsyth, Guilford, Henderson, Moore, Orange, Rockingham, Wake, and Wilkes. Should Davie County Government make a decision in the future to also issue a State of Emergency Declaration, we will take measures to notify our community members and residents. It’s time to stand up and be counted! The 2020 Census is coming and the benefits to Davie County and its residents are enormous. During 2015, 132 programs used Census Bureau data to distribute more than $675 billion in funds. “It is imperative that Davie County has strong participation/representation in the upcoming census.
