Bermuda Run Welcomes the Community to its 25th Anniversary Celebration on October 18th
The Town of Bermuda Run has officially turned 25, and you are invited to join in the celebration! Mark your calendar for Friday, October 18th, from 5–8 p.m., as the town hosts an expanded, family-friendly edition of Food Truck Friday in the town square, located on Kinderton Boulevard off U.S. Hwy 158. (This event was originally scheduled for September 27th but was rescheduled due to weather.)
Delicious Food Options for All
Come hungry and enjoy a variety of mouth-watering food options, including savory barbecue from Eric & K’s BBQ, delicious tacos from Taco El Amigo, classic hotdogs and hamburgers prepared by the Boy Scouts, and sweet treats from Donut NV.
Free Treats and Family Fun
In addition to the tasty food, the celebration will feature free birthday cake squares from Maddie Cakes, complimentary cookies from Lowes Foods, and refreshing desserts from Jason’s Italian Ice. Family fun activities include face painting by Mariposa, a magic show and balloon animals by Mr. Marvel, giveaways, and live music by Pushin’ Georgia.
A Growing Community Over 25 Years
The Town of Bermuda Run, incorporated in 1999, has grown significantly over the past 25 years. Kinderton Village was annexed into the town in 2012, expanding the community. Today, Bermuda Run boasts a variety of residential developments, including Bermuda Run East, Bermuda Village, Bermuda Run West, and Kinderton Village. The town is home to a thriving business community, Davie Medical Center, shopping and dining options, and scenic walking trails.
