Davie Chamber Gives $2,000 to Support IGNITE DAVIE

The Davie County Chamber of Commerce recently donated $2,000 to the Davie Community Foundation to support IGNITE DAVIE, a college promise program which will provide Davie County students the opportunity to continue their education beyond high school graduation through college assistance. Davie County Youth Have Organized a March for Unity This Week in Mocksville

The Station Opens in Mocksville

The brick building at the corner of Main Street and Gaither Street in downtown Mocksville opened in 1920 as Kurfees & Ward Pure Oil, followed by Boger Service Station and a series of galleries, gift shops, and a used bookstore. Finding Ways to Connect This Easter Davie County churches continue to interact with their members and the community in a meaningful way despite not being allowed to hold traditional services.
