On the day that her third child was born with severe health issues, Julie* began a chapter of her life that she never imagined having to write. Ruffin Named Interim County Manager for Davie County

The Davie County Board of Commissioners has appointed former Davie County Manager Mike Ruffin to serve as interim county manager following County Manager David Bone’s resignation last week. He will serve the county for approximately six months while the county seeks a permanent manager. “We are fortunate to have Mike. Mike will be effective in building confidence and stability within the organization, but will also be exceptionally valuable as we diligently search the marketplace for a permanent county manager,” said Commissioner Mark Jones. David Bone Resigns as Davie County Manager
