Santa, the Grinch, Christmas stories, book signing, Christmas parade, hay rides, pedi-cab rides and more.

“Hometown Christmas” celebrations continue throughout the holiday season. Free Event ~ Hay rides from 6:30 to 8 PM on Friday, December 7.  Historic downtown Mocksville will host hay rides from Station on Main Street located at 185 North Main Street in Mocksville. Help us “Flag” the Tree of Honor

A “Tribute Tree” to honor and/or remember those who serve or have served to protect our freedom is located beside the Mocksville Police Department and will be on display throughout the 2012  holiday season. The Goal is to fill the Entire Tree with Flags! For each $1 contribution, a United States flag will be placed on the tree to represent a designated service person.  The contributions will be presented to the Davie County Veteran’s Administration for local veteran services. The advocacy center of Davie County will host a benefit concert this Friday evening, November 9th from 7 to 9:30 PM at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church Family Life Center located at 321 Redland Road, Advance NC.
