Takeout Food Can Be a Form of Self-Care
Many of us miss the simple joy of sitting at our favorite local restaurants to relax and unwind with our friends and family at the end of a crazy day. But we can still enjoy some of the self-care benefits of our favorite restaurant foods because many of them are providing TAKEOUT. Some are even delivering.

It’s been a long couple of weeks. Every day has brought schedule changes, cancellations, and safety updates from officials, schools, and workplaces. Because of COVID-19, we are all learning new vocabulary, practicing better handwashing, and experiencing social distancing based on all those recommendations for our health. But the pressures facing us haven’t dimmed community support and that Davie county spirit!
