Historic Downtown Mocksville ~ Open House & Holiday Lights
Visitors, local residents and shoppers of all varieties helped kick-off the holiday season in style during the Historic Downtown Mocksville Open House. The weather was picture perfect, and the folks strolling through the shops added to the warm holiday mood while Christmas lights bathed the buildings in a soft glow as night drew over the town. An Abundance of Good Cheer!
This annual event included live musical performances, the annual Christmas Ornament unveiling and artist signing, holiday photo sessions, local-author book signings, fine dining, arts and crafts and shop owners who went the extra mile to welcome visitors with holiday displays, friendly smiles and an abundance of good cheer.

Thanks for Supporting Your Friends and Neighbors by Shopping in Davie County
Davie County is fortunate to be home to so many fine shops and establishments. The annual holiday open house in Mocksville was fun and exciting but it was just the beginning. Please continue to support your friends and neighbors, local jobs and the Davie County economy by continuing to visit the small businesses and merchants throughout Davie County as you shop for the holidays.
Helping Those in Need
Volunteers from the Davie County Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Mocksville and Historic Downtown Mocksville waited on customers at Restaurant 101 and donated all of their tips to charities that focus on Davie County needs, “Toys for Tots” and “Shop with a Cop.”
