Concert Stuff Group Turns Up the Volume on Expansion in Davie County

on October 18, 2025
Country music superstar Zach Bryan headlined the first-ever concert at the University of Michigan’s iconic stadium, “The Big House,” drawing a sold-out crowd of 112,408 fans, which was the largest ticketed concert audience in U.S. history.

Davie County has officially taken center stage in the live entertainment world as Concert Stuff Group (CSG) — the parent company of Special Event Services (SES) — continues its major expansion in Mocksville. What began with a 52,000-square-foot facility for SES in 2020 has grown into a sprawling 70-acre campus that will soon include new offices, warehouses, and even a transportation headquarters.

“We love Davie County and love being here,” said Michael Brammer, chief strategy officer for Concert Stuff Group. “This community has welcomed us and really rolled out the red carpet to help us make this place home. We’re excited to continue growing and expanding right here in Mocksville.”

SES Office Expansion Completed

SES has just completed a 7,500 SF office build-out at its existing facility on Angell Knoll Avenue, marking a key milestone in the company’s rapid growth. The new space now serves as the administrative headquarters for CSG, featuring 10 new offices, a larger break room and patio, and an additional meeting room.

Eight accounting professionals and two HR team members have relocated to the facility as part of this expansion.

“Completing this office build-out allows us to centralize key administrative operations and better support our growing network of companies,” Brammer said. “We’re investing in infrastructure that helps us serve our clients and our team more effectively.”

SES Expansion and Site Work Underway

Construction is also moving forward on a $5 million warehouse and parking expansion for SES. The project will add 43,650 square feet of new industrial and warehouse space with 44-foot clear height ceilings, four additional dock doors, and nearly 80 new parking spaces.

The new facilities will create more room for equipment storage, a secondary rehearsal and prep area, and enhanced logistics capabilities — all essential for SES’s large-scale concert and event production work.

Fourth Elm Construction, which built the original SES facility in 2020, is leading this new phase of development.

7 Cinematics Joins the CSG Family

Another major addition to the Concert Stuff Group network is 7 Cinematics, an Emmy-winning video production company specializing in livestreams, concert films, music videos, and television specials.

Previously based in Greensboro, 7 Cinematics moved its operations — and its eight full-time employees — into the Angell Knoll building earlier this year after being acquired by CSG in June.

“7 Cinematics brings incredible talent and experience to our team,” Brammer shared. “They’ve won multiple Emmys for their cinematography work in the live event industry, and their expertise perfectly complements what we do across our production, staging, and broadcast divisions.”

Davie County leaders are celebrating the company’s continued growth and investment.

“SES, a world-class events company serving concerts, tours, and special events nationwide, is expanding in Mocksville and Davie County,” said Terry Bralley, president of the Davie County Economic Development Commission. “The company recently began the first of several phases to grow their presence in our community, bringing jobs, investment, talent, and a reputation to deliver excellence to their clients. We are excited and thrilled at the many opportunities these expansions will create with new possibilities for our community.”

This expansion not only strengthens SES’s operational capacity but also reinforces Mocksville’s growing role in the live entertainment industry.

Phased Growth Plans for the Mocksville Campus

CSG’s long-term development plan includes five major phases of expansion designed to create a comprehensive production and logistics hub in Mocksville.

  • Phase 1 – SES warehouse, office, and parking expansion: Includes new administrative offices for 12 full-time employees.
  • Phase 2 – Transportation headquarters: Will house Special Event Transportation (SET) and Musical Coaches, managing a fleet of 150 trucks, 300 trailers, and 25 tour buses. The facility will employ 20 office staff, four mechanics, and 200 drivers.
  • Phase 3 – General flex warehouse: A 120,000–150,000-square-foot facility to house industry peers and support companies, including 7 Cinematics.
  • Phase 4 – Purpose-built rehearsal facility: Designed for artist rehearsals, technical programming, set construction, and filming. This building will house a full-time staff of around six, with space for up to 100 crew members during productions.
  • Phase 5 – Client storage and cartage warehouse: Featuring climate-controlled storage cages available for rent by artists and production crews.

“We’re investing not just in buildings but in people and possibilities,” Brammer said. “Each phase of this project creates more local jobs and strengthens our ability to deliver world-class live event experiences.”

The “Concert for Carolina,” a benefit event spearheaded by Luke Combs and Brammer to aid Hurricane Helene recovery efforts in Western North Carolina. The concert, held at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, drew over 82,000 attendees and raised $29.5 million, placing it among the top ten benefit concerts of all time.

A Global Network with Local Roots

Formed in the summer of 2024, Concert Stuff Group began as a collection of nine companies under the SES umbrella and has since grown to 15 companies spanning every aspect of live event production — from audio, lighting, and video to transportation, fabrication, and crowd management.

Among its divisions are:

Investing in Davie County’s Future

SES currently employs about 50 full-time staff and up to 100 part-time and contract workers. The company’s continued growth promises even more opportunities for the local workforce.

“This expansion represents our commitment to Mocksville and to Davie County,” Brammer emphasized. “We’re proud to be growing our national footprint from right here at home — where talent, teamwork, and community come together to make something extraordinary.”
