Whether photography is your passion, your hobby, or just an occasional pastime, you are invited to participate in the Discover Davie County photo contest sponsored by Davie Life Magazine and your Davie County Chamber of Commerce. This is your chance to have one of your photographs possibly published on the cover of Davie Life Magazine or on the annual Davie Chamber Community Guide!
Everyone Encouraged to Participate
Both amateur and professional photographers are encouraged to enter. The official contest rules are available at the www.daviechamber.com/photocontest. Entry deadline is Monday, June 1 so there is still plenty of time to get out into the county to compose your winning entry!
It’s Easy to Enter
- Take a Photo from one of the categories – a local business or attraction or the scenic beauty of Davie during any season.
- For each Photo entry: Submit a high resolution JPEG image on a CD along with a completed application form. Please label your CD with your name & category (CD’s will not be returned).
- Photos must be submitted by the original photographer. Your signed entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
- All Photos will become property of the Davie County Chamber of Commerce and DavieLiFE Magazine and may be used in additional publications without additional consent.
