Free health screenings, COVID vaccinations, giveaways, and more! — The Davie County Chamber of Commerce and Davidson-Davie Community College are pleased to present the 2022 For Your Health Expo on Thursday, March 31st at the Davie County Community Park, at 151 Southwood Drive, Mocksville. This free event will run from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. in conjunction with a blood drive hosted by OneBlood

This annual community event brings vendors of healthy lifestyle products and services together under one roof to offer Davie County residents a convenient one-stop healthy lifestyle information experience. Join us as we navigate ways to become healthy, wealthy, and wise in 2022. The fair offers access to important information as well as direct interaction with a variety of medical service providers. There will be giveaways, health screenings, and take-home COVID test kits! 

“With healthcare costs on the rise and interest in personal wellbeing at an all-time high, the 2022 Health Fair will provide residents with a great opportunity to take positive steps toward improving their health,” said Caroline Moser, chamber president.

Give Blood and Give the Gift of Life! 

Give the gift of life! Due to COVID, there has been a shortage of blood across the state and you can help. Donors will receive a $20 e-gift card, OneBlood t-shirt, and a wellness exam that includes blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count, and cholesterol screening. Appointments are encouraged.
