Holiday spirits were high as thousands lined the streets Saturday, December 3rd, for one of Mocksville’s most beloved traditions, the Mocksville Hometown Christmas Parade.

The crowd waved and children scrambled for candy as the dozens of participants, everything from walking groups, performers, single vehicles to full-blown floats, and of course, Santa Claus, traveled down Main and Depot Streets.

Mocksville Community Development Coordinator Tami Langdon appreciates all of the parade entrants and said that the points were very close for awarding top prizes.
