Partners Health Management will hold a series of virtual events throughout September and October for residents of Forsyth and Davie counties impacted by the Nov. 1, 2021 transition of intellectual/developmental disability, mental health and substance use disorder service management.
During a special-called meeting on June 29, 2021, the Davie County Board of Commissioners unanimously voted to transition the management of intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health services from Cardinal Innovations Healthcare to Partners Health Management.
A news release from the county stated, “Partners’ intentional focus on community interaction and high-engagement with stakeholders and other attributes more closely align with Davie County’s vision and strategic planning. Davie County believes this realignment will better serve the community and its needs.”

The “Welcome to Partners” event series is designed to cover the most frequently asked questions about the transition from Cardinal Innovations Healthcare and introduce Partners and its employees to the community. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
