The Hollingsworth Companies is taking advantage of the recent dry weather to begin construction on two new speculative industrial buildings in Mocksville. These facilities are being built for long-term lease by light manufacturing or distribution companies in the SouthPoint Industrial Park – North Carolina.

The buildings will be constructed at 130,492 SF and 152,241 SF to expand the park to 12 single-tenant industrial buildings.
