Located at 1102-B Yadkinville Rd. Suite B, next to Summit Eye Care, Carolina QuickCare is open Monday – Saturday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Patients can walk in or check in online.
While scheduling an appointment is not required, doing so allows you to complete your patient registration ahead of time, reserve your spot in line, and get wait time updates. It also guarantees you’ll be able to be seen, no matter how many other people are being treated.
Convenient Quality Medical Care
For the days and hours that primary care physicians are closed, or for someone who does not have a primary care physician, urgent care centers provide easy access to quality healthcare without the hassle or expense of the emergency room. Urgent care centers are also a boon for patients in other ways, offering x-ray imaging and other services such as lab and minor orthopedic procedures.

She shared that the typical wait time is 30 minutes from check-in to check-out. The average self-pay price is $119 for everything – evaluation by a provider, in-clinic services, diagnostic testing, and basic procedures. (outside testing, durable medical equipment, and certain procedures incur additional fees).
In addition to offering low-cost, self–pay rates, Carolina QuickCare accepts all major insurance and is a Veterans Administration-authorized urgent care provider.

Free Sports and Work Physicals Until June 2023
Sports and work physicals will be free through June as a special introductory offer.
Dunbar said that Carolina QuickCare is working with several local companies to provide pre-employment drug screens (urine or hair testing), physicals for new hires, and worker’s comp care.
Teacher Giveback Program
Carolina QuickCare also offers a Teacher Giveback Program where teachers can enter to win a gift card for their class. “This program is our way of showing our appreciation for the work teachers do daily to support our kids,” she said.
