Palltronics to Invest More Than $40 Million in New Production Site in Mocksville

Palltronics, the maker of the world’s first fully-trackable shipping pallet, has chosen Mocksville for its first manufacturing facility. Scott Bader to Invest $16 Million in New Production Site in Mocksville

Global chemical company, Scott Bader, has acquired a new facility in Mocksville as it strives to meet growing domestic and global demand for its market-leading structural adhesives and gelcoats. The company has invested $16 million to purchase a 110,000 square foot industrial building on a 15-acre site in the SouthPoint Business Park on Hwy 601 N. DFA Expands Capacity by Relocating to Mocksville

“If you are ever in a Volkswagen, Daimler, or BMW, and it’s really quiet, you’re welcome,” says Jerry Sutphin, vice president of Dr. Friest Automotive (DFA) US. Hayward Holdings Expands Capacity by Adding Distribution Center in Mocksville

Hayward Holdings, a global designer and manufacturer of pool equipment and associated automation systems, plans to open a new 324,000 square-foot distribution facility in Mocksville by the end of 2021. Hayward will be the first tenant of the Davie Industrial Center at 202 Gildan Road.
