Potential Data Center in Davie County
Davie County is home to a potential data center on a 365 acre tract on Baltimore Road. The Davie County Economic Development Commission has been working with the Piedmont Triad Partnership, the North Carolina Department of Commerce and Duke Energy on a feasibility study and prospect analysis to move this site from “high potential” to “operating data center”.
