Family Promise of Davie County invites you to make a difference while enjoying a day on the green at the Swing for a Promise Golf Tournament, taking place on Saturday, May 17th at Colin Creek Golf Club. This fun and meaningful event brings the community together to raise critical funds to support families experiencing homelessness — and you’re invited!

  • Location: Colin Creek Golf Club
  • Registration Opens: 8 a.m.
  • Shotgun Scramble Start: 9 a.m.
  • Individual Entry: $65
  • Team of Four: $260
  • Registration Deadline: May 9th

Play for a Purpose

Whether you’re an experienced golfer or just love a good time with friends, this scramble-format tournament is a great way to enjoy a Saturday morning while supporting a life-changing cause. Participants will be treated to light breakfast items at registration, snacks and beverages throughout the day, and a delicious boxed lunch.

Every dollar raised at the Swing for a Promise tournament supports Family Promise of Davie County’s holistic approach to addressing family homelessness. Their programs offer:

  • Prevention services to keep families in their homes before crisis strikes
  • Emergency shelter and case management when homelessness becomes unavoidable
  • Stabilization programs that help families maintain independence once they secure housing
