Total Real Estate celebrated the expansion of its office in downtown Mocksville on Tuesday, December 17th, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Davie County Chamber of Commerce.
Attendees enjoyed apple cider and holiday desserts as they mingled with the staff and Chamber and local officials.
Total Real Estate, located at 100 North Main Street, has expanded to include the space formerly occupied by Threads, doubling the office’s size and allowing more room for agents and clients to meet.
“We love our location on the Square where we are able to participate in the activities downtown and we enjoy being part of the Main Street family,” said Glen Stanley, co-owner.

He explained that when he and fellow owners/agents, Jordan Cline and Doris Short, started the company in 2013, they had a vision for an agency focused on superior service. He thanked the community for their support which has allowed the agency to grow and expand to 16 agents and two offices in Mocksville.
During the ceremony, Mocksville Mayor Will Marklin thanked the Total Real Estate team for their commitment to Mocksville and Davie County. “We appreciate all that you do to keep our buildings full and the tax base up,” he said with a smile.
