The Board of County Commissioners and I are proud of the Davie County Government staff and community partners who are working tirelessly with state and federal officials in diligently managing this situation.

Together, our community has pulled together to help support our businesses who remain open, find employment opportunities for those who have been impacted by closures, partnered with churches and nonprofits to help those in need, and our school system has done a fabulous job of serving the needs of their children and families.

Let’s continue to focus on the advice the CDC and our Public Health partners have given to assist with the mitigation of COVID-19 in our community. Each of us have an important a role in assisting with this goal.
