Davie County is in for a truly special evening as Six-String Soldiers takes the stage at the Brock Performing Arts Center on March 14 at 7 p.m.
This six-member country and Americana group is made up of active-duty U.S. Army Soldiers who blend heartfelt country, Americana, and patriotic music into a powerful, feel-good concert experience. Their performances are known for connecting audiences to the heart of our nation through authentic storytelling and inspiring musicianship.
From Viral Sensation to National Stage
Formed in 2015, Six-String Soldiers first captured national attention when a Facebook video of their performance of “Here Comes the Sun” went viral. Since then, they have appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Morning Express with Robin Meade, Harry with Harry Connick Jr., and Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family show, earning praise for their uplifting performances and unique mission as Soldier-musicians.
Now, Davie County residents have the rare opportunity to experience them live.

This special concert is part of Davie County’s celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, bringing the community together for an evening that honors service, history, and the spirit of our country.
