WILKESBORO STREET ROUNDABOUT OPENING DELAYED – NEW PROJECTED COMPLETION is OCTOBER 1st Citing delays in replacing underground utility lines, CBL, INC has informed NCDOT and the town that the project will not be completed by the end of August as originally projected.
