First-Ever Engineering Showcase at New Children’s Museum Young local engineers show off their cardboard trains and mini-golf creations at the first-ever COGNITION showcase event sponsored by Ashley Furniture. COGNITION’s Cardboard Engineering Summer Showcase is taking place on Saturday, July 24from 3-5 p.m. at COGNITION Davie (119 N. Salisbury Street). Children will showcase theircreations made in Cardboard Engineering Camps at COGNITION and DCS SummerEnrichment sessions. The camps were made possible due to the generous donation of buildingmaterials and engineering training for instructors by Ashley Furniture.
