Avgol Breaks Ground on $100 Million Expansion in Mocksville 

Global manufacturer Avgol broke ground this week on 63,000 SF of additional manufacturing and ancillary space as part of a $100 million investment to expand its Davie County facility to include both a sixth multibeam spunlaid production line and a laminate finishing line to meet the growing domestic demand for its ultra-lightweight nonwoven fabrics. Avgol, which has majority ownership held by Thailand’s Indorama Ventures Limited Company,  leads the global hygiene market with the most comprehensive range of ultra-lightweight spun-melt nonwoven fabrics. The Hollingsworth Companies Continues Industrial Expansion in Davie County

The Hollingsworth Companies is taking advantage of the recent dry weather to begin construction on two new speculative industrial buildings in Mocksville. These facilities are being built for long-term lease by light manufacturing or distribution companies in the SouthPoint Industrial Park – North Carolina. Bus Safety Innovator Moves to Mocksville

After two years of searching, bus safety innovator Bus Safety Solutions, which manufactures Extended Stop Arms for school buses, has found a new home at 133 Avgol Drive in Mocksville.
