“Cruise-In” Tonight in Mocksville!

Visit the beautiful and historic square in downtown Mocksville on Monday evening, June 6th,  for  “Cruise-In” presented by the Piedmont C.A.R.S. Association.  Festivities begin at 5:30 and continue until dark. All types of cars ranging from old classics to the cars of tomorrow will be on display.  The cruise-in draws participants from the surrounding areas stretching from the Virginia border to the Sandhills ~ West from Wilkes County and East to Alamance and Wake Counties.  If the weather is kind, the cruise-in will draw as many as 250 cars. Nourish Your Mind – Enjoy the Little Free Library at Rich Park in Mocksville

A trip to Rich Park nourishes the body and soul, and now the mind thanks to the Mocksville Woman’s Club. Wake Forest Baptist Health – Davie Medical Center in Bermuda Run will be hosting a community day on Saturday, May 21 from 10 a.m – 2 p.m, rain or shine. The free event has something for everyone, including plenty of food, music, car seat safety checks, health screenings, face painting, a balloon artist, giveaways and more.
