The Davie County Health Department is conducting a Community Health/Needs Assessment survey for all Davie County residents age 18 and over.  The purpose of the Community Health/Needs Assessment is to provide an understanding of the current health status and needs of Davie County along with community strengths, assets, and potential resources to address those needs.  The goal is to provide a compilation of health data and information with which appropriate planning may take place to improve the overall health of the community.  The health department is required to complete the assessment every 4 years.
