17th Annual Davie Chamber Pro Scramble Golf Tournament Monday, September 8

Get ready for the 17th Annual Davie County Chamber of Commerce Pro Scramble Golf Tournament on Monday, September 8th at Oak Valley Golf Club. Professional golfers serve as captains of the teams consisting of five amateur players.  A shotgun start at noon gets the day started with a post-tournament cookout and awards ceremony to celebrate the winning teams. Family Fun Is No Mystery At This Bermuda Triangle

This August 1st and 2nd, hundreds of people from Davie County and surrounding communities are expected to plunge into the Bermuda Triangle – but they won’t be searching for weird magnetic fields or the lost city of Atlantis. Baseball Playoffs & Cruise-In Monday Night in Mocksville

The Mocksville Davie American Legion baseball team takes on Rowan County in game 2 of the best-of-five series of the Area III playoffs, 7:00 PM at Rich Park in Mocksville on Monday night.  Rowan County has a 1-0 lead in the series after winning the series opener at Newman Park in Salisbury on Sunday night.
