Last Weekend of I-40 Closure ~ Alternative Routes

Interstate 40 closed all weekend at Yadkin River Bridge The North Carolina Department of Transportation will close I-40 Eastbound at Exit 180, NC 801 near Bermuda Run beginning at 8:00pm on Friday, July 26, 2013. This closure will be in place continuously through 6:00am Monday, July 29, 2013 and will consist of preservation and rehabilitation work on the bridge that carries I-40 East over the Yadkin River.
