Ma and Me Accessories Celebrates Grand Opening in Mocksville

Energy United Property Ties in With Mocksville’s Comprehensive Plan

State Grant Will Enable Infrastructure Improvements

$175,000 Grant Awarded to Mocksville for Infrastructure Improvements  By Jeanna Baxter White The North Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority has awarded the Town of Mocksville a $175,000  Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to support a sewer line extension to a site near Interstate 40 where Special Event Services (SES) is expanding its operations. SES, headquartered in Winston-Salem, provides audio, lighting, design, staging, and live event productions for businesses, religious organizations, and major recording artists. Davie Chamber Gives $2,000 to Support IGNITE DAVIE

The Davie County Chamber of Commerce recently donated $2,000 to the Davie Community Foundation to support IGNITE DAVIE, a college promise program which will provide Davie County students the opportunity to continue their education beyond high school graduation through college assistance. Davie County Youth Have Organized a March for Unity This Week in Mocksville
